weight training question regarding SETS

If I plan to do bench press, triceps, and shoulders on a Tuesday, Do I bust out all sets of the bench press, then bust out all the sets for triceps, then bust out all the sets for shoulders and finish for the day?

Or should I bust out 1 set of bench press, then bust out 1 set of triceps, then bust out a rep for shoulders, and keep rotating until I finish for the day?
