A question about chest, shoulders, and back in weight lifting

Hey all. I've just started weightlifting. This is my initial routine that I'm starting with, that I based on some researching I did for a good way to split it between three days. I've just completed the 'Monday' set (obviously) and I'm a little confused. It's supposed to be chest, shoulders, and triceps. However, I didn't really feel like there was anything going on in my chest, but I did feel quite a lot going on in my back.

Obviously the chest, shoulders, and back are all the same general area, so distinguishing them from one another isn't clear cut. So I wanted to check that A) My routine does actually target my chest and I've not missed it out, and B) whether what I felt today is normal or if it's possible that I was doing something wrong and need to examine my form. Does anyone have any advice on the subject?

Also, would love some general feedback on the entire routine, if anyone has any thoughts on it. I have pretty much no idea what I'm doing and no weight lifting friends that I can consult with.
