Most optimal training program?

I have been lifting on and off for 2 years but I have been eating little shit. First I ate anything in site- mostly junk and for the past 6 months in an attempt to lose fat i cut my calories all the way down to 1300. Made the mistake of cutting too many calories too quickly and then having no where to go. I was also riding my bike a lot during this cut. I trained 6 days a week push pull legs rest. I wanna slowly lean bulk now and I am on 1600 calories now. Here are the stats:

Male, 19, 5'9, 63kg (138lbs), Bench: 65kg, Deadlift: 130kg, OHP: 47.5kg, Squat:90kg

What program should i run bois
