Currently I am running Westside for Skinny Bastards (https://www.defrancostraining.com/westside-for-skinny-bastards-part3/). On Max Effort Upper Body days I am supposed to superset 2 exercises for example DB Rows and Band Pull Aparts. Is it intended that I would do DB Row -> Pull Apart -> rest and repeat. Or am I supposed to do DB Row -> Pull Apart repeat with no rest time for 4 sets?
