Can someone help?

I'm 28 years old and I've been "bigger" my whole life. I graduated high school at 280 lbs. When I enlisted in to the army I graduated bct at 170. I've been trying to cut weight so I can start fighting again (under 200) I've been on weight watchers cause it's the only thing that works for me and I've dropped about 20lbs on it. Currently at 220. For some reason I struggle to get outta the 220s and plateau there. Can someone point me outta the plateau. No one has the amount of time in their life the army dedicates for people to lose weight.

Part 2: I have a weighted jump rope that I want to use however in really self conscious about it in the gym (irrational I know) I want privacy indoors with cold weather coming to put in an hour or so a day. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
