During lockdown (February-August) I lost about 10kgs due to not eating enough. Eventually I decided to start trying to gain some weight back. I have been doing a PPL split, 4 days a week for 6 weeks. On my off days I either go for a run/hike or do something active like bodyboarding. I have gone from 66kgs to 70kgs in 6 weeks, eating 3000 calories/day (400 calorie surplus). I mostly eat fish/chicken and rice, 4 eggs on 2 slices of toast in the mornings and mass/muscle gainer. Will the majority of my gains be fat? I have gotten stronger but am worried when I decide to cut I'll realise I gained too much fat. Any help or advice please!
