So lately I've been really enjoying the gym making some steady gains. I'm naturally very skinny and struggle to hold onto any mass I put on. I'm going away with work for around 4 months and don't want to loose all my progress. Whilst I'm away I'll have plenty of gym time but the diet is incredibly restricted basically just breakfast, lunch and dinner plus I don't control portion size and can't get more food easily.
All I have access to is mail order stuff I can't get my friends and family to send me stuff but it needs to be non perishable as it's going to have to be posted to me.
Any suggestions as to what food I could get to help me supplement my calorie intake?
