Does Exercise Count if I've Eaten a Shitload?

⚠️May Be Triggering to Eating Disorders⚠️

So, about three months ago, I finally got out of an eating disorder and went through extreme hunger. So, I did what you're supposed to do and that was eat, but I never stopped exercising. Fast forward to now, I feel like I still can't stop eating. I try the mindful eating, but I want large quantities of whatever it is I'm eating. I'll admit, I still do feel guilty when I eat, especially large amounts. We're talking four fudge rounds after three full meals. Not every day, but I do tend to give into my cravings. I feel like I'm bingeing. I move about 10+ miles throughout the day to help burn at least some of what I ate, but I'm starting to think it's just making my eating habits worse. I just struggle so much with portion control and just need better tips. I've tried the smaller bowls, the smaller utensils, counting calories, meal prep. But nothing seems to be helping.

Let me add, I have gained 30+ pounds in three months and I just feel even more unhealthy.
