I’ve just started biking and I’m really feeling it. My chest feels wrong for an hour afterwards and I can’t even make it up a slight hill without feeling as if I’m dying.
I’m incredibly unfit, I spent most my teens partying and now I’m an adult with a shit body, stamina and overall health. It’s killing me. When does it stop or if it doesn’t stop, when is the pain more manageable? Will I ever make it up that hill?
Edit - I should have added that I smoke so obviously that doesn’t help anything. I want to quit.
