I'm a 21 yr old girl who has been using dumbbells for over 2 months. I want to build strong arms and yet I can only lift 6kg/arm - been stuck with these weights for 2/3 weeks. I use these dumbbells 4 times a week doing all sorts of exercises.
Is this normal? How can I progress? Last month I added meat to my diet after 6 years of being a vegetarian. Can I expect to see bigger improvements?
Any strength training program recommendation is appreciated :)
