If the goal is hypertrophy when performing the bench press, should i arch at all?

We know that increasing range of motion is useful in the context of muscle building. With this being said, wouldn't it be better to just keep the natural arch of the lumbar region and not arching too much. I don't mean arching like a power lifter since those people wishes to lift the most weight, naturally, arching a lot will facilitate that.
