How do I deal with tightness at the back of my neck.

I’ve tried all of the stretches I’ve seen online. They do help but I’m looking to see if there is anything better, or a specific one I should focus on.

I’ve also tried trigger points with a back buddy. While that works on my traps, it just seems to aggravate my neck.

I know most of this is coming from poor posture and I’m taking steps to address that. But in the meantime I want to know if there’s anything I can do to loosen my neck.

I’d appreciate any advice you have!
