Two days ago I had my typical gym day, squat/bench/barbel row. Yesterday I had a 90 minute intense cross country ski session, my entire body was burning. And today I'm supposed to to the gym again, but it feels a bit too intense. Am I wrong to go again today? I tend to rest 1 day a week only, and exercise 6 days a week. I guess I'm not gonna break any PRs like this, or put on much weight?
