I need help setting a basic calisthenics routine

So im currently obese male coming in at 280 pounds with about 5'10 in height but I've never really had advice i kinda did my own thing

Currently I can do 15 push ups 20 sit ups 20 squats 20 leg raises (10 ea) All in one go and normally I try to increase the anti by adding 5 and normally do about 2 to 3 sets And not really familiar with rest days or anything so any advice would be very much appreciated
