Daily I consume 1500 calories. 100g of protein
Every day I do 800 jump ropes, 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats, 2 mins plank, 2 mins Russian twist, 4x15 sets of 40 kg bicep curls, 4x15 set of 40kg bench press
