Currently doing Boring But Big - Beefcake Training BBB sets are FSL. I’m on my 4th week and I get beat up on BBB sets. I’m unable to hit 10 reps from set 3 and on. I don’t have this problem with other lifts. Also my 5+ set I was able to get 6 reps.
Any tips? I think nSuns OHP twice a week worked better.
