I'm more focused on being a runner than looking like a bodybuilder, but I still lift weights 3x a week, using a 3 day full body ABC plan, and a 4th pure bodyweight day. The other days are for running. I'm curious if anyone else here has used MSP training that isn't a runner or cyclist, as that what it seems geared toward. I've made significant gains in my "big" lifts and wouldn't want to compromise that by swtiching to a different technique.
