Are There Any Physical Benefits to Hitting the Gym at the Same Time Every Day?

I have a pretty erratic work schedule through the week but I was wondering if I am hindering my gainz by having to go to the gym sometimes in the morning, some at lunch, and some at night. I try plan my meals and protein shakes around my workout. Main goals are to put on a couple pounds of muscle as I’m pretty lean at 185 and am focusing on shaping my chest back shoulders and core. Thanks
