Hi all!
So I have medical condition fibromyalgia and on medication called pregabalin 3 times a day. Since being on this I've put on nearly 2 stone. I'm 31 year old male, 5'7ish and weigh twelve and a half stone. Because of my medical condition I have to be really careful in how much exercise I do and in day to day life I have to be very care on what I physically do. I'm looking at doing cardio at night because of this and lot less people to empty gym so that is my preferred option. I have very up and down sleep issues as well though so with my health problems and sleep problems, is it a bad idea to do cardio at night (say 11pm - 12am) or is it not a problem?
