I was wondering how many days is optimal to be working out for a push pull legs split, currently I’m working out 3 times a week with this split.
Would a PPL split 4 times a week be good long term ie Week 1 pull push legs push Week 2 push pull legs pull Week 3 push legs pull legs Or should i skip this and just do a six day PPL split? What are the pros and cons?
