Renaissance Periodization Basic Hypertrophy

Has anyone on the sub had any experience following this workout? I was wondering how it worked out for you /your personal experiences with it. I’m aware everyone’s different but I am also curious to hear some personal testimony on this.

I’m thinking of switching from 6 PPL to this that’s why i’m asking.
