How to get slim thick, advice (F, 5’3, 126lbs, fat percentage 16,3)

I used to run for about a year, and it made me look like a twig and I really didn’t like it (still like the sport). So about 1 month ago I have been going to the gym 4 times a week for about 1 hour each time. I do leg day where I run about 12 minutes for warm up and then I lift weights and do about 5 exercises ,4 sets of 15 reps with 1 minute of rest in between, this will add up to 45 minutes of weighttraining. On arm and abs day i row for about 12 minutes to warm up. Then I work my core for about 20 minutes with body weight exercises and then I weighttrain my arms for about 20 minutes. Am I on the right track for getting slim thick? Have you guys got any advice? food suggestions are also very welcome.
