Fitness secret course

I'm am attempting to lose 70 pounds in at most a year

I don't go to the gym super often but I eat pretty well and I work out at home I just dont know what exercises I should be doing to help ensure I lose 2 to 3 pounds at least a week

Also some extra info I am 6 foot 4 inches I am currently 269 pounds I don't have a major gut but I want it and my chest to be gone
