I love doing squats and deadlifts, my squat is 225lb and deadlift is 260 lb. My legs got too big where it is not proportional. I tried not doing leg day for a couple of weeks but when I done squats this week after all that time, my legs got pumped really hard to the point it looked ridiculous.
What can I do? I love the posture and testosterone I get from these exercises (and also just enjoy doing them) but I hate the look they give me, what should I do? Im on an ABC program, should I do just A and B and once a month leg day? Oh and one thing I forgot- I live on a mountain and ride to school/work for a total of 45 min a day.
