So I took a week off of working out to finish final exams, and I am not a beginner or new to squatting, the biggest set of 5 I ever done was 300lbx5 last summer when I was my heaviest. I just squatted for the first time in 2 weeks today and my quads are tightening like crazy rn, I did touch 225lbs for 3 in the beginning of the workout but after my legs were so tight that I needed to step down to 135x10 and 155x10, Any advice? Do I just keep squatting with caution? thx in advance
