I starting training a few months ago, getting more consistent as of more recently. Thing is, I have seen improvements on muscle growth bot in arms, chest and legs, but can’t see and difference on my BFP. I am not overweight or obese, just want to become more lean. Im trying to eat three whole meals and day and maybe a snack or two, but never junk food during the day. Is there something I’m missing, or do I just need to be patient before results starting kicking in.
