I'm 17 and know that o+ blood responds great to protein so I started a diet mixing protein into every meal and thought I might as well work out. Jog once a week (sometimes I skip a week) mostly upper body, chest, arms, shoulders, triceps. Started working on abs recently. Gained 20 pounds in the last two years (which is really good since everything I eat usually goes right through me) and plan on continuing and evolving my routine until i die. Any thoughts/ advice?
