Thinking of switching to dumbbell press for about a month?

I’m currently 6’4 ~185 pounds and my bench has been plateaued for close to two months. I’m doing PPL. My deadlift has grown from 405 to 455 in the last two months, squat from 315 to 385 but my bench has only went from 195 to 215. I kind of reset after a max so to speak so two cycles of speed/rep, three cycles of increasing weight/lowering rep and then every sixth cycle for me is a one rep max. Without fail when I come out of the rep cycles my squat and deadlift have more weight on the bar but bench just... doesn’t? Should I reevaluate my technique or I was thinking it be a good idea to kind of restart the way I work my chest and get some stability behind me for about a month using dumbbells and re attack bench in about a month or so if I see growth in my dumbbell press. Thoughts or other advice?
