I never liked the idea of breakfast because it's too much hassle to wake up early in the morning before starting my day and prepare something to eat but then my personal trainer said that breakfast is super important, even when I'm trying to get some fat loss since it will prevent me from over eating during lunch.
Still, preparing yogurt, oatmeal etc is too much hassle for me. Is 2 weetbix biscuit and a cup of trim milk would be a good choice for fat loss?
