Hey, would really appreciate it if you guys could lay on some advice. Bear in mind that i'm completely new to supplements and have never taken ANY before. Been reading Lyle McDonals protocols but none of it seems to suit my needs.
I'm planning on taking Yohimbine HCL to lose stubborn fat on my lower abs region, at 10% BF and there still seems to be substantial amount on the lower ab region. (1) Is there any way to take Yohimbine that doesn't involve me having to do cardio in the morning?
(2) The main question I have is whether it is possible to do HIIT after taking Yohimbine ? The reason is not that I think it will double the fat loss or whatever but just that I'm obsessed with doing HIIT and cant seem to stop. (3) If you used Yohimbine before, how often did you use it per week and what was your routine
