So it’s been about two years since I excercised. I’m 18 and I wanna get back into it since it’s been so long, but I kinda need guidance. I’m not sure what are the best steps to getting in that groove of excercising regularly. I’m assuming I should start slow and gradually build up, because I wanna prevent my body from getting injured if I go too hard these first few weeks/months.
Are there any fitness apps I should download to help keep track? And is anyone willing to share some nutrition tips with me? So I can plan my meals and stuff well and not eat as much junk 🤪
