Any Ideas for Bench Specialty Programs Post-5/3/1

I started lifting seriously and went from 5x5in 95lb to 190lb over the course of several months and plateaued in starting strength and moved on to 5/3/1 programming and I foresee my next cycle failing- typically the program calls for 3-4 reps on the last day as a sign to move on and I got 2 on my last cycle with 95% of the TM which was 240lb.

Bench is my favorite lift (because big chest like Arnold is all I want) with squats being a close second but I really want to pursue benching to get to 3plates sometime in the next few years. As I’ve mentioned on prior posts my goal by the end of my senior year of college (I am now a junior) is Bench 225lb for 10 reps and bench 315lb for a rep.

Right now my true 1RM (I last tested) is 250lb though in training recently I got 225lb for 5 and 240 for that double (maybe could have gone balls to the wall and gotten a third but had no spotter). My current training max is now 250 which matches my 1RM from a few cycles ago because I just said f*** it and wanted to see. But like I said foresee me only getting 1 rep on the third week of my next cycle so it seems like it is coming to an end.

I plan to reset the weight back a cycle or two after and try again but if that fails- does anyone know any good specialty bench programs that are 5days a week?
