Well I was 92 kg in 2017 and now I have achieved 79 kg. The bad thing is that all I did was running, walking and cycling. And now I'm skinny fat. Last year, I tried to change by starting to follow some workout program for dumbbell but all failed miserably due to the fact that I don't have much experience in resistance training thinking that I might be doing the wrong form and don't have much time. All I have is a pair of adjustable dumbbell at home ,so what program can I follow? It just confused the hell out of me. Should I follow a push/ pull/ leg dumbbell workout routine first or find some bodyweight exercise to do? If I follow a push/ pull/ leg dumbbell workout routine to do what exercise do you recommend me to do? In the other hand if it is bodyweight exercise what bodyweight exercise would you recommend me to do? Sorry English is not my primary language.
