Ive been out of the gym for a bit and want to trim down my routine to make it more accessible so I go more regular and can maybe build from there.. Right now it looks like this -
PUSH - Bench press, shoulder press, push-down, incline dumbell press, overhead extension, lateral raise.
PULL - Deadlift, bent-over row, lat pulldown, seated row, face pull/skullcrusher?, hammer curl, curl.
LEGS - Squat, romanian deadlift, leg press, leg curl, calf raises.
I'd like to cut them down to 5 exercises I think, I was gonna cut the incline dumbell from push,
face pull and hammer curl from pull, and probably leave legs alone.
Ill be doing planks, crunches etc in between some sets for abs..
What do you guys think? Any improvements, things I should add or take away for a quick wham bang thank you ma'am workout?
