How to continue with an LP program after a break

I'm looking for a general guideline as to how to continue after a small break (1-2 weeks) while following a linear progression program.

For instance, I've been lifting for 4.5 months now, so I'm still really new to this. Throughout these 4.5 months I've followed linear progression based programs, first greyskull LP and now GZCLP. I've sometimes found myself in situations where due to different reasons I've had to stop going to the gym for a week or two. So when I go back, how should I continue?

Should I go back to the weight I lifted last session? Should I deload? Or should I just continue with the weight increments as usual (which seems really difficult after a break)?
