I need personal help for my routine

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a wonderful week, I just went back to the gym after 5 years+ of hiatus after I noticed I'm developing a weird body lol. I'm not obese in terms of weight but I'm skinny fat and I'm growing scary manboobs since I don't move alot etc (help) For reference i'm 191 cm / 6'3 ft 74kg / 163lbs What I want is to loose the tummy/man boobs and grow a muscular body i guess? So i anyone can help me figure out what to eat / what to not eat and what to train at the gym that'd be really helpful Thank you for reading
