I made up this form of overloading and it's worked super well for me.
Start of with 5x3. When you can do +4 paused reps (20s rest between reps) on the last set, change to 3x6. When you can do +5 paused reps on the last set, change to 3x8. When you can do +6 paused reps on the last set, up the weight and go back to 5x3.
Is there a name for this?
