Spread Out VS All At Once Protein Intake for Muscle Building

Would there be any difference in body absorption to spread out 160g of protein into 20g doses throughout the day VS eating 160g at one meal to complete my protein intake for the day? Is there a limit that the body can absorb in one sitting where eating it all at once would be wasteful? Is it better for muscles to be fed the protein throughout the day rather than one sitting?
