I started lifting two years ago, with 60 kgs/132 pounds, at 179 cm/5'10" and a goal. Not to feel skinny anymore. After two short years, I've gotten up to 76 kgs/167 pounds. I'm finding less and less time, and my interest in lifting is slowly decreasing. For the past two years I went 5 times a week, unless something came in between, and also took a week off, every few months. My question is, how many times a week, would I have to go to the gym, to maintain my physique? Thank you.
