I am about to start again my journey on working out. I did it previously for ~8 months with personal trainer, but managed to gain only ~5 kilos (although I have a slim frame).
Recently I found out about this gym in my city which uses Milon training concept, where each session is 35 minutes and you have to do it twice a week. Sounds intriguing especially for my tight schedule. That gym also has some analysing machines, which determine best training routine and which muscles should be trained more, at what intensity etc...
Wanted to ask if any of you know something about this if it really works or it’s just a marketing trick? It’s not a cheap gym either, but all reviews I’ve read about them were positive, even some gym rats were writing reviews that they were sore in places they never thought they would be.
