okay so about her fitness level.
she's 25 years old, doing yoga for a really long time and i think she's quite good at it so she probably has already some kind of strength level, but i assume that not that high since she is really thin. also really flexible (don't know if it helps, just throwing it here).
im getting back myself to fitness after a break of a year or so, so i thought maybe we could do the 5*5 training program for the first month or so and then move to a/b body split.
do you think maybe the 5*5 training program going to be to much for her?
maybe i should start with her with a classic 3*8 full body program?
what are your thoughts ?
