Can be a bit confusing so sorry. I try to run when I can but I simply can not design my breath to match my running. I’ve read online to do one in two out and all of that but I end up breathless and with a headache. It makes my running being a very difficult thing to do and I just don’t know any other methods. Sorry if this does not follow the rules, I’m looking for advices on your experience with it.
