So lately I keep my lifting along these guidelines: 1. If I lose form before 5 reps then I lift lighter 2. Stop 1-2 reps from failure 3. Keep my reps between 3-15 ish
So my main question is if there is anything wrong with lifting based on how you feel and in a way "listening" to your body rather than hitting a certain number of reps? (I never count reps)
