I see a lot of people saying your workouts are meant to be very high intensity, shattered by the end, etc. But this isn't my experience at all. I don't think the issue is the amount of weight I'm lifting - for example when I'm benching for 5 reps, there is no way I'm managing a 6th. However as soon as I finish a set and I'm resting, I don't feel drained or out of energy. And it just continues that way until I've finished. I'm just wondering if this is an issue? Should I aim to wear myself out more by adding more sets or something?
The routine I'm doing is reddits beginner PPL - I've been doing it for 2 months now.
