Would it benefit me to change up my routine?

My current routine is very rigid in terms of exercises and the order I do them.in.

A lot of the progress pictures I see on here often have a very loose and undefined routine.

Would it be better to have, say 8 Chest and 8 Tricep exercises I'm comfortable with and pick 4 from each category to do on any particular day, rather than having a rigid structure of exercises that I do consistently?
