So, I think I understand that in order to lose fat, you have to eat less calories than you burn each day and all that good stuff. But how do I figure out exactly how many calories that is? I do 30 min of cardio and mid-weight, high rep lifting 5 days a week. At work, I'm on my feet 90% of the time. So is there any real way to figure out how many calories I burn during, and post workout, plus calories burned just in a normal day at work so that i can figure out how many calories I should be eating? Or is it kinda just a best guess type deal?
