I have been fluctuating with my weight for a while and although I can explain why I would rather not because I am fed up with it and I want to maintain a comfortable weight. Now, my goal is to lose at most 8lbs a month so I will be good to go for summer and get back to feeling better about my body and therefore confidence.
Does anyone have advice on this? I feel like I know what I need to do (cut carbs, drink water, cardio and weight lifting, limit calories etc) but does anyone else have any other suggestions that will make this process better and more efficient perhaps? Anything is appreciated. Thanks redditors!
