Hi there. So, I had been working out for a good 6 months straight, seeing great progress, feeling stronger, looking toned. But a few weeks ago I was going through a little rough patch and started missing workouts here and there. Then this week I didn’t workout at all. And now I feel like I’ve lost so much progress but I can’t tell if I’m really seeing it or if I’m just expecting it since I haven’t been consistent. How long does it usually take to get back to where you were before you missed a week? Is time off ever a good idea? Does it ever act as a “jump start” for you guys? Thanks!
