Pain in Lower Right Abdominal Area After Workout

Hi guys,

I completed a lower back pull routine this morning, with some mild discomfort in my lower right abdominal area. However, as the day has progressed I have continued to feel a twinge of pain in this area. It seems particularly noticable when I 'tested it' by practicing a bodyweight push up and pull up, but I can't even notice it doing a bodyweight squat.

I know this is a strange question, but has anyone had a similar situation and what (if any) was the issue? It only seems to be an issue when I try and tense/contract my abs.

Never had an issue like this before, but have decided to cancel my afternoon run today, but was planning on doing leg day tomorrow (squatting and deadlifting, etc)
