Saw a post about this from a while ago, but no solution was posted/commented.
I have a pretty sturdy/strong left pec, but absolutely no strength/hardness in my right pec. Super bothersome.
Also I'm a right-handed 20 y/o guy who does no workout that's particularly helpful for the chest (I use the treadmill, rowing machine, I box, play squash, and use several different machines that have 80 lbs weight on one side and a pulling mechanism on the other).
What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this?
